随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,给人们的生活带来了很大的便利,但也给城市的环境带来了更大的挑战。一个城市如果只是注重社会效益和经济效益,而忽略生态效益的话,这个城市一定不会获得长久的发展。尤其是近些年生态化环境口号的提出,对于城市环境的生态化建设工作更是显得尤为必要。鉴于此,本文分析了我国环境影响评价中所存在的问题,并提出了城市规划与规划环评进行有效融合的具体措施。
With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country, it has brought great convenience to people’s life, but also brought greater challenges to the urban environment. If a city only pays attention to social and economic benefits but neglects its ecological benefits, the city will certainly not achieve long-term development. Especially in recent years, the proposal of ecological environment slogan is particularly necessary for the ecological construction of urban environment. In view of this, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the environmental impact assessment of our country and puts forward the specific measures for effectively integrating urban planning and planning EIA.
