高职院校是向社会输送人才、培养人才的重要基地。思想政治课教师是培养学生的思想道德品格的教育者,有着极其重要的作用。近年来,社会及政府越来越重视高职思想政治课教师队伍的建设,政府制定并出台相关政策和法规,建立并完善了思想政治课教师队伍培训制度和培养方案,从思想、行为和综合素质上规范思想政治课教师。但是,高职院校思政课教师队伍建设还存在一些不足:由于高校的思想政治课程不是主课,加之社会的偏见,使其教师地位偏低,影响了教师积极性的发挥甚至有人转行,高职学院存在教师队伍不稳,结构不合理现象等。因此,建设一支合格的高职思想政治课教师队伍,是当前需要重点解决的问题。本文从实际出发,阐述高职思想政治课教师队伍建设的重要性,指出目前高职思想政治课教师普遍存在的问题,有针对性地提出一些解决问题的方案。
