为了使森林防火工作向系统化、配套化、现代化方向发展,林业部决定利用世界银行贷款计划购进一定数量的森林防火全道路运输车和防火指挥车。为保证购进的设备技术先进、经济合理、适应性强,去年年底我们应邀对瑞典、西德两国12个公司、厂家、用户单位进行参观、考察。现将考察情况简报如下; (上接46页)设备装备向配套方向发展,建议这次购买森林防火运输车除了考虑输送扑火人员外,也应适当地考虑安装灭火设备积极扑火的车辆和配属救护车,使森林防火工作向现代化方向发展。2.2 建议选用赫格隆公司生产的 BV206型全道路运输车。其理由;①结构、技术性能比较先进,符合大兴安岭林区使用的技术要求。②实力雄厚,产品质量过得硬。该公司生产 BV206型全道路运输车到1987年已有近十九年的历史,现已销售6300多辆,年产量1000～2000台,除本国森林防火等部门大量采用外,外销二十多个国家,经过瑞典、芬兰、美国、英国部队陆军广泛的考验、民间使用的验证,该车辆是信得过的产品。③售后服务比较好。该公司负责驾驶员、维修人员的培训,负责配件材料的供应,并在中国设有销售服务中心,消除了用户后顾之忧。同时每台车提供操作手册、维修手册、零配件手册、工具卡手册和说明书等。2.3 建议选用少量凯斯波罗公司生产的全地形的履带运输车。其理由:①结构、技术性能比较先进,基本符合大兴安岭林区使用的技术要求。②该车单机灵活,窜林方便,舒适性较好,可以在水深0.8m 以下任何地形行驶。③该公司负责培训、配件供应、各种资料的提供。因此在价格合理的情况下,可以选用少量车辆。

It has a good comfort and can run on any terrain with a depth of less than 0.8m. 3 The company is responsible for training, parts supply, and the provision of various materials. Therefore, if the price is reasonable, a small number of vehicles can be used.
