要求通过渗碳、碳氮共渗及淬火等热处理强化的小型零件已越来越多,而至今,国内还很少见到一种具有广泛适应能力的定型设备能满足小件热处理的特殊需要,致使许多行业的众多小零件仍被迫采用固体法或有毒的氰化盐浴进行生产,或是勉强以普通井式气体渗碳炉代用。 为改变上述情况,自1976年起,我们对具有各种旋转炉胆的周期式滚筒炉(简称转炉)进行了分析研究,经不断改进及生产考验,在1982年经机械工业部鉴定通过的“RKZ—30—1转炉”科研成果的基础上,重新研制了一种RGD—35—9型的新型转炉,新结构受到许多用户的欢迎。
