知识经济已在全球迅猛发展。知识经济时代的到来,对人才的数量和质量提出了全新的要求。青少年科技活动作为培育人才素质的一项重要活动,就面临着严峻的挑战和良好的发展机遇。我们必须抓住机遇,建立三种机制,努力开创青少年科技活动的新局面。一、建立导向机制,形成深入持久地开展青少年科技活动的大趋势当今世界科技的竞争主要是人才的竞争。要培养适应知识经济时代要求和社会主义市场经济发展要求的人才,青少年科技活动是一条有效途径。因此,我们应建立良好的导向机制,引导广大青少年参与科技活动。
Knowledge economy has been rapidly developing in the world. The advent of the era of knowledge economy, the number and quality of personnel put forward new requirements. As an important activity of cultivating qualified personnel, young people’s scientific and technological activities face severe challenges and good opportunities for development. We must seize the opportunity, establish three kinds of mechanisms and strive to create a new situation in adolescent science and technology activities. I. Establishing a Guiding Mechanism and Forming a General Trend of Carrying out Adolescent Science and Technology Activities in an In-depth and Long-Run Period The competition in science and technology in today’s world is mainly the competition of talents. It is an effective way to train qualified personnel and young people in science and technology to meet the requirements of the era of knowledge-based economy and the development of the socialist market economy. Therefore, we should establish a good guiding mechanism to guide the majority of young people in science and technology activities.
