为了研究钒钛对普通取向硅钢热轧板不同厚度层位置织构的影响,在实验室试制了不同钒钛含量的普通取向硅钢。借助电子背散射衍射技术对不同钒钛含量的热轧板不同厚度层位置进行了织构的观察和分析。结果表明:热轧板表层到过渡层以铜型、黄铜型织构为主,兼有高斯织构和α线织构;中心层以旋转立方织构为主,兼有一些γ织构。当热轧板含有0.0067%的钒和0.0042%的钛时,具有对二次再结晶最有利的织构分布,高斯织构和有利织构{111}<112>组分含量最多,分别为1.8%和2.3%。不利因素的黄铜织构强度最低,为2.3%,此时的成品具有最佳磁性能,P17为1.12 W/kg,B8为1.92T。
In order to study the effect of vanadium-titanium on the texture of different orientations of hot-rolled sheets in ordinary oriented silicon steel, conventional oriented silicon steel with different vanadium and titanium contents was prepared in the laboratory. The electron backscatter diffraction technique was used to observe and analyze the texture of different thickness layers of hot rolled plates with different content of vanadium and titanium. The results show that the surface to the transitional layer of the hot-rolled sheet is dominated by copper-type and brass-type textures, with both Gaussian texture and α-line texture. The center layer is dominated by rotating cubic texture with some γ texture. When the hot-rolled sheet contains 0.0067% vanadium and 0.0042% titanium, it has the most favorable texture distribution for secondary recrystallization, and the contents of the Gaussian texture and the favorable texture {111} <112> components are 1.8 % And 2.3%. Adverse factors of the lowest brass texture strength, 2.3%, at this time the finished product has the best magnetic properties, P17 is 1.12 W / kg, B8 is 1.92T.
