Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are common diseases in the elderly. In recent years, the incidence has been increasing year by year. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health, its mortality rate is second only to that of cancer. Therefore, prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has become a research topic that scientists attach great importance to in today’s world. After eight years of research, scientists and technologists at the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences finally made breakthrough progress. They have adopted biotechnology
