在绩效考评的工作阶段,如何保证并提高绩效考评的精度是一个极为重要的问题。准确的绩效考评能够反映员工的实际绩效水平,其结果有利于人事决策的科学性,能有效地激励员工、鼓舞士气;不准确的绩效考评,不但容易造成决策上的失误,严重挫伤员工的积极性,造成士气地下和流失的问题。遗憾的是,在现实的操作过程中,没有偏差的准确的评分相当少见,而考评的不准确经常被归因为考评者的失误。
