目的 研究恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中CD4 4V6的表达及其临床意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 4 1例恶性卵巢肿瘤、2 0例良性卵巢肿瘤和 2 1例正常卵巢组织中CD4 4V6基因蛋白的表达情况并分析相关的临床病理因素。结果 (1)CD4 4V6基因蛋白表达阳性率恶性组明显高于良性组和正常组。 (2 )有转移者CD4 4V6阳性率显著高于无转移者 ,转移灶阳性率高于原发灶。(3)CD4 4V6阳性表达者近期疗效比阴性者差。 (4 )CD4 4V6阳性表达率与临床期别有一定关系 ,但与病理类型、组织学级别无关。结论 (1)CD4 4V6与肿瘤的发生、发展相关。 (2 )CD4 4V6与卵巢恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移相关 ,可以作为预测肿瘤转移潜能指标。 (3)CD4 4V6与近期疗效有关 ,可作为评估预后的指标。
Objective To study the expression of CD4 4V6 in malignant ovarian tumor and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD4 4V6 protein in 41 cases of malignant ovarian tumor, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 21 cases of normal ovarian tissue. The clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results (1) The positive rate of CD4 4V6 protein expression in malignant group was significantly higher than that in benign group and normal group. (2) The positive rate of CD4 4V6 with metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis, the positive rate of metastasis was higher than that of primary tumor. (3) CD4 4V6 positive expression of the recent effect worse than negative. (4) The positive rate of CD4 4V6 is related to the clinical stage, but not to the pathological type and histological grade. Conclusions (1) CD4 4V6 is associated with the occurrence and development of tumors. (2) CD4 4V6 is associated with infiltration and metastasis of ovarian malignant tumor, which can be used as an index to predict tumor metastasis potential. (3) CD4 4V6 is related to the recent curative effect and can be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis.
