随机选取我院T2DM患者 1 0 2例 ,按是否合并DR分为NDR组和DR组。检测、比较二组血浆Fg水平。结果 :NDR组血浆Fg水平为 3 5 1± 1 32 g/L ,DR组为 4 1 1± 1 37g/L ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :DR患者血浆Fg水平增高 ,与DR的发生发展有一定相关性。
One hundred and two patients with T2DM were randomly selected in our hospital. According to whether they were combined with DR or not, they were divided into NDR group and DR group. Test and compare the plasma Fg levels in two groups. Results: The plasma levels of Fg in NDR group were 351 ± 1 32 g / L, while those in DR group were 41 1 ± 1 37 g / L (P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of Fg in DR patients is increased, which is related to the occurrence and development of DR.
