研究了Fe/Silicalite2催化剂CO2加氢制低碳烯烃反应性能,利用CO2TPD、CO2/H2TPSR和CO/H2TPSR表征手段,考察了铁含量及MnO助剂对Fe/Silicalite2催化剂CO2吸附脱附及加氢反应性能的影响,表明随铁含量增加可提高催化剂对CO2的吸附能力,有利于提高CO2加氢反应的转化率;发现MnO助剂主要有利于提高CO2加氢反应生成低碳烯烃的选择性。
The catalytic performance of Fe / Silicalite2 catalyst for CO2-hydrogenation of light olefins was studied. The CO2TPD, CO2 / H2TPSR and CO / H2TPSR characterization methods were used to study the effect of iron content and MnO promoter on the CO2 adsorption-desorption and hydrogenation of Fe / Silicalite2 catalyst The results show that with the increase of iron content, the catalyst can enhance the adsorption capacity of CO2 and improve the conversion rate of CO2 hydrogenation reaction. It is found that the MnO additive is mainly beneficial to improve the selectivity of CO2 hydrogenation reaction to produce light olefins.
