为提高油菜生产效益,选育适宜轻简化机械化种植的油菜品种,以Polima cms不育系Q16A为母本,与生育期适中、株型紧凑、抗性强的Y10-08256等不同来源的双低常规品系父本进行杂交、回交转育。结果表明:利用Polima cms转育成的不育系QB10A具有不育彻底、株型紧凑、抗倒伏力强、品质优、配合力高等特点,配制的杂交组合QB10A×2350C、QB10A×2255C植株高度适中、株型紧凑、抗倒伏力强,品质优、配合力高等,其产量分别为159.4kg/667m~2和156.2kg/667m~2,分别比对照油研50增产11.6%和9.4%。
In order to improve the yield of rapeseed, rapeseed varieties suitable for light mechanization planting were selected. Polima cms sterile line Q16A was used as the female parent, with the same growth period, compact plant type, strong resistance Y10-08256 and other sources of double low Routine strains of male parents for hybridization, backcrossing. The results showed that the CMS lines QB10A transformed by Polima cms had the characteristics of complete sterility, compact plant type, strong lodging resistance, high quality and high combining ability. The QB10A × 2350C and QB10A × 2255C hybrid plants were highly moderate, The yield was 159.4kg / 667m ~ 2 and 156.2kg / 667m ~ 2, respectively, which increased by 11.6% and 9.4% respectively compared with that of the control oilseed 50, with compact plant type, strong lodging resistance, high quality and high combining ability.
