首先针对智慧档案管理系统的层次进行分析,其管理层级共为三层,分别是机构档案信息管理层、机构档案信息传播管理层和机构档案信息能力管理层。其次对智慧档案管理系统的资源进行分析,包括原存纸质档案、原存数字档案和新归档档案三个方面。最后对智慧的档案管理系统安全认证、档案信息的存储、档案信息的组织、档案信息的简缩语传播、用户评介与互操作服务等几个功能设计进行分析。
First of all, according to the analysis of the level of the Wizards, the management level consists of three levels, namely the organization file information management, the organization file information dissemination management and the organization file information capability management. Second, analyze the resources of the Wisdom File Management System, including the three aspects of the original paper files, the original digital files and the new archive files. Finally, several functional designs of intelligent file management system security authentication, file information storage, archives information organization, profile abbreviation transmission, user reviews and interoperability services are analyzed.
