1 前言在大型水轮发电机的安装中,由于水轮发电机的结构特点和运输极限尺寸的限制,某些大部件需在工地组装,如机架中心体与支臂、转子中心体与支臂的连接,它们都是通过合缝板用螺栓连成一体的。叠片式转子磁轭其冲片采用拉紧螺杆紧固起来成为整体的轮环。作为紧固件的螺栓及拉紧螺杆均需有一定的预紧应力。所谓预紧应力是除能承受满载或特殊工况下的工作应力外,还要有一定的把紧力,才能避免连接部件之间出现分离现象。所以,安装中应满足设计预紧应力的要求,以保证机组安全运行。

The so-called pre-stress is not only able to withstand the work load under full load or special conditions, but also have a certain degree of tension, in order to avoid separation between the connecting parts. Therefore, the installation should meet the pre-stress design requirements to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
