仰韶黄杏采后用２００mg/kgＧＡ３处理，能有效地延缓杏果实的成熟衰老过程，其生理效 应与延缓叶绿素降解，促进ＰＯＤ和抑制ＰＰＯ活性，调节细胞膜脂过氧化代谢膜脂过氧化代谢活性有关。同时探讨了两种不同成熟度杏果实成熟衰老代谢和ＧＡ３调节效应的差异。
