本文总结了１９９２年～１９９４年３月采用体外放疗联合高剂量率后装腔内放疗６３例患者口鼻腔粘膜的护理。在体外放疗时，放疗射线对口鼻咽腔粘膜的正常组织具有一定的损伤作用；在高剂量率后装腔内放疗中，鼻咽部的射线剂量最高，且需经口腔和鼻腔放置施源器，易致口鼻腔粘膜损伤。因此，在此法放疗过程中，保持患者口鼻腔粘膜清洁湿润、减轻口鼻腔粘膜的充血水肿出血及感染，使患者顺利完成治疗计划是护理的重点。
This article summarizes the care of mucous membranes of the oral cavity and nasal cavity in 63 patients undergoing intracavitary radiotherapy from 1992 to March 1994 using high-dose rate combined with external radiation therapy. Therefore, in this process of radiotherapy, maintaining the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and nasal cavity of the patient is clean and moist, and the congestion and edema of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and the nasal cavity are relieved. The patient’s successful treatment plan is the focus of nursing.
