The enthusiasm of staff and workers is the source of vitality of the enterprise and plays a decisive role in the rise and fall of the enterprise. This is the consensus reached by many business managers from practice. Therefore, under the new situation of vigorously developing the socialist market economy, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of workers and staff to the maximum extent has naturally become the focus of business management and has become the major task of ideological and political work in enterprises.
