我国目前正处在保障性住房大规模建设和制度完善时期,“十二五”规划明确提出建设3600万套保障房的任务。在保障房建设中,融资机制是首要一环。虽然目前政府不断加大财政支持力度,积极引导社会力量参与保障性住房建设运营,但仍存在融资模式单一、融资渠道有限等问题。应积极借鉴发达国家的成熟经验,丰富保障房融资模式。1.银行贷款。银行贷款是传统融资模式,也是目前解决保障房融资瓶颈
