针对选材与热加工工艺不当造成冷冲头早期失效这一问题,通过分析高速钢碳化物形貌对冷冲头组织性能的影响及进行对比试验,确定了钢材直径≤40mm的M2高速钢为制作冷冲头的材料和M/B下复相等温淬火一多次高温回火─Re-S-C-N-B-O五元共渗的冷冲头处理新工艺。结合试验对新工艺进行分析,结果表明与常规热处理比较,此工艺处理的冷冲头可满足单位挤压力2500~330MPa的高负荷使用条件,使用寿命提高5~10倍,具有极高的推广应用价值。
