从一九八一年起,本刊增辟“国外科学家论坛”栏,欢迎国外专家、教授撰稿,就当代基础学科、技术发展、教育、管理……等问题发表意见。本期发表两篇,一篇是美籍上海交通大学顾问朱传榘教授一九八○年九月十九日至二十三日在沪访问期间有关管理科学的多次谈话的要点摘录;另一篇是正在华东师范大学任教的美国夏威夷大学心理学博士Chritine Winskonski对本刊记者就教育问题的谈话。 Since 1981, the magazine has added a column entitled “Forum of Foreign Scientists,” and welcomed foreign experts and professors for contributions to express their views on issues such as contemporary basic disciplines, technological development, education and management. Two articles were published in this issue, one is an excerpt from the key points of many conversations on scientific management conducted by Professor Zhu Chuan-tung, a consultant of the American Shanghai Jiao Tong University, during his visit to Shanghai from September 19 to 23, Chritine Winskonski, a Ph.D. psychologist at the University of Hawaii, who is currently teaching at East China Normal University, told correspondents on education issues.
