脂肪酸是油脂的重要组成部份,不同脂肪酸组成及含量决定着油脂的工业用途。桐油中除含有一般植物所具有的十六碳酸、十八碳酸外,还含有大戟科油桐属植物油的特异酸——桐酸,它使桐油具有特殊的工业用途并直接影响到油质的优劣。为给生产和科研提供科学依据,1979、1980年我们对油桐主要农家品种的脂肪酸组成进行了分析研究。一、材料与方法试材来自川、滇、粤、桂、鄂、湘、赣、浙、豫、苏、鲁等11个省(区),均为当地的主栽农家油桐品种,共计33份(包括千年桐、三年桐)。样品处理方法;将样品在105℃烘箱中烘30分钟,剥壳,将桐仁刨成薄片放于扁型称量瓶,在65℃、700mmHg真空干燥箱烘8小时,然后用直滴式索氏抽提器测含油量。从抽出油样中取0.1克放入带瓶塞的10毫升试管中,并放入7毫升5/10000 B、H、T、甲醇溶液,保存在冰箱内。脂肪酸测定液制备:将装有0.1克油样的5/10000 B、H、T、甲醇溶液加2毫升石油醚,振荡5分钟后,取50微升,加1毫升0.4N
