美国国家半导体有限公司(简称NSC公司)推出了一系列音响集成电路,其中单片集成功率放大器LM3875(及LM3876)颇引人注目。它是发烧友所熟悉的LM1875升级产品,具有很高性能指标。它在20Hz～20kHz频率范围内,在负载为8Ω时,可连续输出40W以上的平均功率,但谐波失真(THD)只有0.05％。另外,芯片内部具有完善的过压、欠压、过载、电源短路、热击穿以及瞬时高温冲击等保护功能,性能优于一般分立元件和混合器件组装的放大器,而且外围电路简单,装配方便。
National Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (NSC) has introduced a series of audio integrated circuits, of which the monolithic integrated power amplifier LM3875 (and LM3876) is quite noticeable. It is an enthusiast familiar LM1875 upgrade products, with high performance indicators. It can continuously output the average power of over 40W at the frequency of 20Hz ~ 20kHz at the load of 8Ω, but the harmonic distortion (THD) is only 0.05%. In addition, the chip has a perfect overvoltage, undervoltage, undervoltage, overload, power short circuit, thermal breakdown and instantaneous high temperature impact protection features superior performance than the general discrete components and hybrid device assembly amplifier, and the peripheral circuit is simple, easy assembly.
