社会主义市场经济条件下的民族工作 ,重要的任务是发展民族地区经济。结合我国民族区域自治制度和依法治国方针 ,民族地区经济建设工作需要法制化。研究民族经济自治法制建设问题 ,对建立民族经济自治法律制度 ,促进民族地区经济发展 ,具有重要意义。目前 ,法学领域全面、系统而且深入研究民族经济自治法制建设的成果很难见到。《民族区域自治与社会主义市场经济》一书对其的研究颇有建树 ,是研究这一课题的力作。
The important task of ethnic work under the condition of socialist market economy is to develop the economy in ethnic areas. In combination with our country’s ethnic regional autonomy system and the principle of governing the country according to law, the economic construction in ethnic areas needs to be legalized. Studying the construction of legal system of national economy autonomy is of great significance to the establishment of the legal system of national economic autonomy and the promotion of economic development in ethnic areas. At present, the achievements made in the law field in a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth study on the legal construction of the ethnic economic autonomy are hard to see. The book “Regional Ethnic Autonomy and Socialist Market Economy” has made a lot of contributions to its research and is a masterpiece of studying this subject.
