对进入结实期的油松种子园观察结果表明,花粉密度随结实年龄的增加大幅度上升,并具有大年、平年和小年之特点。进入撒粉期后花粉高密度很快达到峰值,随即大幅度下降,花粉高密度持续时间很短,低密度延续时间稍长。园内大区间、各区内采粉点间相同高度水平位置点花粉密度差异显著,不同高度水平位置点的高位点比低位点要小,同一高度处侧方的比水平方向的要低。球果出籽率是动态值,当种子产量为大年时,其前一半如花粉密度大,则一般大年的出籽率增高。但受花粉密度、气象、无性系结实特性、树体营养的综合影响。试验观察还表明,种子园结实初期,辅助授粉有明显的增产效果,可把辅助授粉作为重要管理措施。花粉产量在无性系间有显著差异,有明显的高产和低产之分,高产无性系的花粉量与种子产量构成显著的负相关,是改建或重建种子园时,对亲本再选择的重要指标。
The results of observation of the pine seed orchard in the period of ripening showed that the pollen density increased sharply with the increase of the seedling age, and had the characteristics of big year, middle age and small year. After entering the dusting period, the high density of pollen reached the peak quickly, then dropped drastically. The duration of pollen high density was very short and the duration of low density was slightly longer. There were significant differences in the pollen density at the same height level between the sampling points in different regions, and the high spots at different height levels were smaller than the low spots, and the laterals at the same height were lower than the horizontal ones. The seed yield is a dynamic value. When the seed yield is a year of new year, the first half of the seed yield, such as pollen density, increases in the general population. But by the pollen density, meteorology, clonal characteristics, tree nutrition combined effects. Experimental observations also show that seed orchard early seedling, assisted pollination significantly increase the yield effect, the pollination can be an important management measure. Pollen yield was significantly different between clones. There was a significant negative correlation between the pollen amount and seed yield of high-yielding and low-yielding clonal high-yield clones. It is an important index for the re-selection of the parents when rebuilding or rebuilding the seed orchard.
