改革开放以来,随着我国经济的快速发展,大规模基础建设也不断推进,建筑物设计和施工水平不断提高,多层和高层建筑采用钢筋混凝土现浇结构普遍得到推广应用,对建筑工程的质量安全要求也提出了更高的要求。由于现浇施工的框架具有整体性好、围护墙体轻、抗震性好、施工速度快、布局灵活及价格合理,在许多工程中得到广泛应用。但是由于施工人员技术水平存在差异,容易对施工质量带来不利影响,如果重视不够或解决不及时,将会直接影响工程质量和工期,本文结合混凝土框架结构施工过程中出现的一些常见的施工质量通病,分析了现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构施工中梁柱节点箍筋施工、节点混凝土强度等级、构造柱和拉结筋等施工中存在的质量问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
