[案例] 苏某,女,原系山东某配件厂工人,1983年6月调到某商场任会计。1997年4月与该商场签订了无固定期限的劳动合同。苏某在会计岗位一直工作了16年多,1999年12周年满50岁,商场以苏某已到达退休年龄为由经向当地劳动行政部门申报批准,为其办理了退休手续。苏某认为自己从事的会计工作属于干部岗位,女干部退休年龄应是55岁,不接受该商场为其办理的退休手续,要求继续工作。该商场则认为,苏某原是工人身份,女工人退休年龄是50岁,且已经当地劳动行政部门批
[Case] Sumou, female, originally a factory in Shandong parts workers, transferred to a mall in June 1983 as an accountant. April 1997 with the mall signed a fixed term labor contract.
