文章以枣庄市市中区东沙河东各埠橡胶坝为例,结合工程实际,介绍了TPEP管道应用的设计要点、施工技术,为今后在具有一定腐蚀性水环境中的橡胶坝工程建设提供借鉴。
通过对转炉生产工艺进行优化,采取滑板挡渣技术,脱氧合金化优化路线:出钢1/3开始加入硅铁、硅锰合金、渣洗剂,吹氩站喂铝线操作,碳钢酸溶铝控制在0.008%~0.01%,低碳低硅钢酸溶铝控制在0.015%~0.054%,吹氩站吹氩12~15 min,连铸全程保护浇铸等措施。钢水洁净度得到明显提升,脱氧剂消耗由原来的3.17 kg/t钢降至1.549 kg/t钢,实现效益10.88元/t钢。
