前牙反可以由上下牙槽骨或上下颌骨等因素引起。本文目的是通过头影测量分析,比较牙外科正畸(A组)及下颌升支截骨(B组)两种手术方法矫治前牙反(牙合)患者术后软、硬组织变化特点。结果显示A组患者术后软组织变化主要在上唇。而B组在下唇和颏部,B组患者术后侧貌变化明显。作者强调了术后软组织侧貌准确预测的重要性及两种手术方法适应证的不同。
Anterior crossbite can be caused by upper and lower alveolar bone or upper and lower jaw and other factors. The purpose of this paper is to compare the changes of soft and hard tissues in anterior occlusal (CUP) patients by means of cephalometric analysis and comparison of two surgical methods: orthodontics (group A) and mandibular ascending (osteoblast). The results showed that the changes of soft tissue in group A were mainly in the upper lip. The B group in the lower lip and chin, B group patients with obvious changes in postoperative appearance. The authors emphasize the importance of accurate postoperative soft tissue contouring and the indications of two surgical procedures.
