本文对影响气体未完全燃烧热损失q3的因素进行了分析,对q3的快速测试和计算方法进行了研究,得到q3的快速计算公式。通过与能效定型测试的对比,对这个公式的误差进行了分析,得出结论:推导出的公式计算简单,不同燃料下计算结果精度均较高,可用于全面替代TSG G0003—2010运行工况下简单测试中q3的计算方法,对锅炉的热工测试具有指导意义。
In this paper, the factors which affect the heat loss q3 of incomplete combustion of gas are analyzed. The fast test and calculation method of q3 are studied, and the fast calculation formula of q3 is obtained. Through the comparison with the energy efficiency test, the error of this formula is analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that the formula of the derivation is simple and the calculation results are accurate under different fuels, which can be used to completely replace the operating conditions of TSG G0003-2010 Q3 calculation method in a simple test, the boiler thermal test is instructive.
