分析了山西省清徐县蔬菜生产基地无公害蔬菜和普通蔬菜的品质和硝酸盐含量,结果表明:清徐县的无公害基地的蔬菜品质优于一般菜田的蔬菜。硝酸盐含量低于一般菜田蔬菜。并提出了提高蔬菜品质和降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量的有效措施和建议。
The quality and nitrate content of pollution-free vegetables and ordinary vegetables in vegetable production bases of Qingxu County in Shanxi Province were analyzed. The results showed that the quality of vegetables in pollution-free bases in Qingxu County was better than vegetables in common vegetable fields. Nitrate content is lower than normal vegetable vegetables. And put forward to improve the quality of vegetables and reduce the nitrate content of vegetables effective measures and recommendations.
