通过IR分析及元素分析研究了PPV的成膜温度对PPV结构的影响.实验表明,尽管TG分析中其热消除反应温度为80~200℃(动态),但由于链结构因素,其实际消除反应温度(静态)要高于TG分析结果.但热消除湿度高于350℃时,PPV膜透明性变差,因此宜采用300℃,2~4h的反应工艺.
The effect of PPV film formation temperature on the structure of PPV was investigated by IR and elemental analysis. Experiments show that, although the heat elimination reaction temperature in TG analysis is 80 ~ 200 ℃ (dynamic), the actual elimination reaction temperature (static) is higher than the TG analysis due to the chain structure. However, when the heat-removing humidity is higher than 350 ° C, the transparency of the PPV film is deteriorated. Therefore, the reaction process at 300 ° C for 2~4h should be adopted.
