针对当前磨课环节教师更关注学生“说”这一倾向,建议练就听、读、写、思四方面的基本功。营造对话情境,通过听语病、听疑惑,练就“听”的技巧;认真揣摩,通过读懂表达特点,读出文字的味道,观照“读”的视角;设计迁移训练,通过关注语言特色,着眼写作目标,把握“写”的层次;立足整体,通过提炼主问题,搭建思维阶梯,强化整体思维,聚焦“思”的重心。
