最早提出信息社会概念的科学家 信息社会的概念最早由美国社会学家、哈佛大学教授D·贝尔提出。他在1973年发表《后工业化社会的到来-社会预测尝试》一书,根据他对美国产业结构的分析,第一次提出了美国正向后工业社会发展,并提出后工业化社会的五大特征:①经济结构从商品经济向服务型经济转变;②职业分布表明技术阶层正在崛起;③理论知识成为创新的源泉和制定社会改革的依据;④技术控制和技术评估决定未来的方向;⑤决策将依靠“智能技术”。后来,后工业化社会被称作信息社会。
The earliest proposed concept of information society scientists The concept of information society was first proposed by the American sociologist, Harvard University professor David Bell. Based on his analysis of the industrial structure in the United States, he first published in 1973 a book entitled “The Post-industrialized Society-An Expectation of Social Prediction,” first proposed that the United States is developing backward industrial society and proposes five major characteristics of a post-industrialized society: ① economic structure from a commodity economy to a service-oriented economy; ② occupational distribution that the technology class is rising; ③ theoretical knowledge as a source of innovation and the basis for the formulation of social reform; ④ technical control and technical assessment determine the future direction; ⑤ decision-making will rely on “Intelligent Technology”. Later, the post-industrialized society was called the information society.
