本文报告在EHF高发疫区天台县进行的EHF自然疫源地野外主要宿主动物空间分布特点的研究结果。在各约35万平方米的两个样地,采用网格式均匀捕鼠,在地图上标记捕鼠点位置,进行EHF病毒抗原、EHF抗体检测,以二项分布和泊松分布进行统计处理。经84年6月、12月,85年2月、6月四次调查,结果: 1.捕到8种小兽,查出黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠、小家鼠、黄毛鼠4种鼠携带EHF病毒抗原或EHF抗体。以黑线姬鼠为优势种,EHF病毒感染率也最高(7.06%)。2.平原水稻耕作区的官塘样地经四次调查,累积EHF病毒感染鼠计88只,其空间分布情况与二项分布和泊松分布的概率有显著性差异,可以认为EHF病毒感染鼠的空间分布具有集聚性的特点。84年12月和85年2月两次调查,以及85年2月一次调查的EHF月病毒感染鼠空间分布的集聚性分析,都得到了同样结果。3.平原、丘陵交织,地形较复杂的大吴样地,三次调查累积EHF病毒感染鼠计46只,其空间分布情况的分析与官塘样地所得的结果一致。研究结果证实:EHF病毒感染鼠在自然疫源地中的空间分布,在不同的生境上都具有集聚性的特点,同时其分布是独立的,不依赖于鼠类的生态分布。
This paper reports the results of the study on the spatial distribution of main host animals in EHF natural foci in Tiantai County, a high prevalence area of EHF. In each of about 350000 square meters of two plots, using a grid-type uniform mousetrap, mark the location of the mousetrap on the map for EHF virus antigen, EHF antibody detection, binomial distribution and Poisson distribution for statistical processing. The same results were obtained for the cluster analysis of the spatial distribution of EHF virus-infected rats in both December 2004 and February 1985 surveys and in February 1985. 3. Plains, hills intertwined, more complex topographic Wu area, three surveys cumulative EHF virus infection in rats 46, the spatial distribution of the results obtained and the results of the Tongxian plots are consistent. The results of the study confirm that the spatial distribution of EHF-infected mice in natural foci has the characteristics of agglomeration in different habitats and its distribution is independent and does not depend on the ecological distribution of mice.
