2014年10月1日,具有新加坡家事审判改革里程碑意义的家事法院(Family Justice Courts)成立,它把原属国家法院的家事法庭、青年法庭以及高等法庭的家事部门纳入羽翼下,旨在通过不断地扩充整个家事司法架构及完善其运行模式,确保新时势下的每一个家庭、孩子、老人都充分、公平地享有司法正义。家事法院的首席法官邓碧云女士在2017年新加坡的家事审判工作会议上的演讲突出强调了实现家事正义的重要性,介绍了以儿童为核心和着眼于未来的一系列新的家事审判机制建构及具体的实务运作安排。籍以此为我国正在推进的家事审判方式和工作机制改革提供借鉴经验。
On October 1, 2014, the Family Justice Courts, with landmark Singapore family justice reforms, was formed to bring under the radar the Family Courts of the National Courts, the Youth Courts and the Family Court of the High Court, Expand the judicial framework of the entire family and improve its mode of operation so as to ensure that every family, children and the elderly under the new situation enjoy full and fair judicial justice. The Chief Justice of the Family Court, Ms. Tang Pik Wan, gave a speech at the 2017 Judicial Trials Conference in Singapore highlighting the importance of achieving family justice and introducing a series of new family justice mechanisms with children as the core and looking forward to the future The practical operation of the arrangements. In this way, we can provide reference experiences for the reform of the family trial methods and working mechanisms that are being promoted in our country.
