最近,由云南省社科规划办组织的云南省九·五大型社科项目——《禁毒立法执法研究》鉴定会在我校举行.该课题由云南公安高等专科学校负责实施,省禁毒委顾问、省警察学会刘选略担任组长,经过近三年的研究,已于1999年9月完成研撰工作.云南省公安厅厅长江普生、云南高等专科学校校长罗秉森、云南省公安厅禁毒局副局长陈新民等八位省内从事禁毒实践和理论研究工作的知名专家出席了会议.课题组副组长——云南公安高等专科学校副校长教授马敏艾、项目组成员——云南省公安厅治安总队副总队长李定达、禁毒局对外联络处处长董胜、法制处副处长申泽金等也参加了会议.
