目的探讨心理护理干预在四肢骨折患者对抑郁情绪的影响。方法针对45例四肢骨折患者围术期抑郁心理发生实施心里护理干预。结果全组患者护理过程中均能很好配合,出院时抑郁程度明显改善,与入院时比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折患者在围术期均存在不同程度的抑郁,通过及时了解评估患者心里状况,从患者角度去思考如何降低患者抑郁程度,给予人文关怀,使患者压抑的心里情绪得到释放,达到控制患者抑郁情绪的目的。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression in patients with limb fractures. Methods 45 cases of limb fractures in patients with perioperative psychological intervention to implement psychological care. Results All patients in the nursing process can be well coordinated, significantly reduced the degree of depression at discharge, and admission difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with limb fractures have different degrees of depression during perioperative period. By knowing patients ’psychological status in time, we can consider how to reduce the degree of depression in patients and give humanity care so that depressed patients’ emotions can be released to control patients The purpose of depression.
