通过对20及20Cr钢中魏氏组织的形成条件所进行的系统的定量测定结果证明,二钢中的魏氏组织均是在一定冷却速度范围内形成的,魏氏组织的相对量随钢冷却速度的变化呈一极值曲线关系,在一定冷却速度时形成最大量的魏氏组织;钢在加热时的晶粒度愈大,其冷速范围愈向低速侧扩大,所得魏氏组织的相对量亦愈大,对应最大量魏氏组织的冷却速度则相应减低。Cr元素的加入在一定程度上与奥氏体晶粒度增大的影响相类似,但魏氏組织的最大相对量有所减低。
