我厂现有设备2223台套,固定资产原值2.07亿元,年大修改造基金1000多万元。建厂以来,由于历任领导的高度重视,在大修、改造的管理上是做得比较好的,为我厂的生产发展、设备资产的保值增值起到了良好的作用。随着经济体制的变革,按市场经济体制的要求,也还存在不少问题,主要有以下几个方面。 1.在设备大修改造的申报、决策、审批上忽视经济管理,缺乏经济技术论证。如某一具体设备是大修合理,还是改造或更新合理?往往是凭经验,而不是凭检测数据和科学的论证决策。 2.设备大修、改造费用控制考核制度不健全,致使不该换的部件换了,能修复、回收的部件、材料未修复、回收,造成很大浪费。
Our factory has 2223 sets of existing equipment, the original value of fixed assets of 207 million yuan, the annual reform of more than 10 million funds. Since the establishment of the plant, due to the great attention of successive leaders, the management of overhaul and transformation has been done relatively well, which has played a good role in the development of our plant and the maintenance and appreciation of equipment assets. With the reform of the economic system, according to the requirements of the market economy system, there are still many problems, mainly in the following areas. 1. Neglecting economic management in the reporting, decision-making, and approval of major equipment modification, lack of economic and technical argumentation. If a specific equipment is overhauled, or modified or updated, it is often based on experience, rather than on the basis of test data and scientific argumentation. 2. The equipment overhaul and reformation cost control assessment system is not perfect, resulting in the replacement of parts that should not be replaced, and the parts and materials that can be repaired and recovered are not repaired and recycled, resulting in great waste.
