目的:对混煎液、分煎液、有效成分提取物3种不同制备工艺制备的葛根芩连汤进行抗炎、抑菌作用实验研究,对比其抗炎抑菌作用的异同。方法:二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验:昆明种小鼠,随机分为混煎液组、分煎液组、有效部位提取物组及生理盐水组,ig给药1.95 g·kg-1,连续7 d。含药血清体外抑菌试验:ig给药20.475 g·kg-1,连续7 d,采集分离大鼠血清。以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型以及含药血清体外抑菌实验模型,评价其三者的抗炎、抑菌作用。结果:与混煎液和分煎液比较,有效成分提取物(1.95 g·kg-1)明显缓解了小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01),其含药血清对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及伤寒沙门菌等10种菌具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:葛根芩连汤有效成分提取物对化学刺激所致炎症的缓解作用及其含药血清的体外抑菌作用,优于混煎液和分煎液。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects of Gegenqinlian Decoction prepared by three different preparation techniques, such as decoction liquid, decoction liquid and active ingredient extract, and compare their anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects. Methods: Ear swelling test in mice induced by xylene: Kunming mice were randomly divided into the decoction group, the decoction group, the effective fraction extract group and the saline group. The mice were administered with 1.95 g · kg -1 of ig 7 d. Antibacterial activity of drug-containing serum in vitro test: ig administration of 20.475 g · kg-1, for 7 days, collecting rat serum. To xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling model and drug-containing serum in vitro antibacterial experimental model to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of the three. Results: Compared with decoction and decoction decoction, the active ingredient extract (1.95 g · kg-1) significantly ameliorated the auricle swelling of mice (P <0.01) And Salmonella typhi and other 10 kinds of bacteria had significant inhibitory effect (P <0.01). Conclusion: Gegen Qinlian decoction can relieve the inflammatory stimuli induced by chemical stimuli and the antimicrobial activity of its extract in vitro, which is better than that of decoction and decoction.
