国内外曾多次发生无缝线路胀轨跑道列车脱线事故,损失严重。经研究调查,事故多数发生于线路作业期间或以后,因此,主要原因是管理问题或作业方法问题。多年来认为控制道床阻力及钢轨内的温度力是防止胀轨跑道的主要办法。但道床阻力在作业时变化很大,钢轨在线路上长期使用,锁定轨温可能发生变化,温度力亦不易控制。本文根据稳定性理论及无缝线路实际工作状态,建议除控制轨内温度力及道床阻力外,还必须控制线路方向偏差以防止胀轨跑道。并具体提出了控制线路方向的方法,限制值及量测工具等。
At home and abroad there have been many occasions a seamless line expansion track runway accident off the train, the loss is serious. After investigation and study, the majority of incidents occurred during or after the operation of the line. Therefore, the main reason is the management or operation method. Over the years, it has been considered that controlling the resistance of the bed beds and the temperature inside the rails is the main way to prevent the run-up of the rails. However, bed resistance varies greatly during operation. The long-term use of rails on the line may change the locking rail temperature and the temperature force is not easy to control. In this paper, according to the stability theory and the actual working condition of the seamless line, it is suggested that in addition to controlling the rail temperature and the bed resistance, the line direction deviation must be controlled to prevent the runway expansion. And specifically put forward the method of controlling the direction of lines, limit values and measurement tools.
