连铸机的拉速控制是决定铸坯质量的关键工艺参数,在正常工作条件下,要根据钢液的浇铸温度调整拉速。针对常规手动控制拉速波动大、调节不准确和不及时等缺点,在中间包钢液连续测温系统基础上,分析了中包温度变化规律及其测温的可靠性,建立了拉速自动控制优化模型,实现拉速的自动控制。该系统已成功应用于生产实际,运行稳定可靠,效果良好。
Caster speed control is the key to determine the quality of slab process parameters, under normal working conditions, according to the molten steel casting temperature adjustment speed. Aiming at the shortcoming of large fluctuation of pull speed in conventional manual control, inaccurate and improper adjustment, the temperature variation of the middle package and the reliability of temperature measurement are analyzed based on the continuous temperature measurement system of molten steel in tundish. Control optimization model, to achieve automatic control pull speed. The system has been successfully applied to the actual production, stable and reliable operation, the effect is good.
