挫折教育,是指在科学的教育思想指导下,根据孩子的身心发展和教育的需要,利用和创设某种情景条件,提出某种难题,启发和促进孩子动手动脑来解决问题,使他们养成乐于尝试,勇于克服困难,敢于经受挫折的习惯,从而引导孩子逐步摆脱依赖,形成对环境的适应能力和对挫折的承受能力。本文结合幼儿教育的实际,分析了进行挫折教育的具体策略。
