立井施工超过一定深度后,需开凿转水站硐室(腰泵房)安装转水泵排水。对于直径较大、涌水量较小的井筒,可在井筒内适当位置安一个固定盘作为转水盘,在盘上安泵转排水,较之开腰泵房能缩短井筒施工工期约15～20天,节约开凿转水站峒室的投资约1万元。我处先后在徐家楼新井、荆各庄主井和副井、范各庄新井及钱家营副井采用过转水盘排水。均取得了安全可靠、经济合理的良好效果。
