某井起钻时发生了一起 139.7mm 18°台肩牛头吊卡锁舌断裂事故。文章对吊卡锁舌断口形貌、金相组织、材质等进行了全面试验分析 ,并对吊卡锁舌的受力状态进行了分析计算。认为吊卡锁舌断裂原因是断裂部位表面存在的脱碳层 ,降低了钢的强韧性 ,在使用过程中产生了疲劳裂纹。吊卡台肩部位的磨损和变形对锁舌断裂有一定促进作用
