教师在上课时,要随时发现学生的闪光点,让每一个学生都有“优”的机会,让每一个学生都能体验到成功的快乐。根据学生的不同层次因材施教,给每一个学生创造得“优”的机会。一旦发现学生能够正确表达乐曲的意思,教师立刻送给学生一个激励性的动作或肯定性的语言。采用这样的教学方法,既使学生系统地掌握了所学知识,又激发了学生的学习兴趣,使学生产生自主学习的动力;使学生情绪高涨,使音乐课上得更加生动活泼。
