随着市场经济的发展,人们对电力能源的需求也越来越多,对供电公司的服务要求也越来越高。用户工程是供电公司为用户提供用电解决方案及用户电力工程验收的一项重要工程,直接关系着用户的用电及时率和安全性,所以对用户工程质量的管理尤为重要。但是在目前的用户工程质量管理中还存在很多问题,导致用户满意度受到影响。本文通过分析用户工程质量管理中的问题,找出造成这些问题的原因,进而分析控制这些问题的解决方案。
With the development of market economy, people have more and more demand for electric power and energy, and the service requirements for power supply companies are also getting higher and higher. User Engineering is a power supply company to provide users with electricity solutions and user acceptance of electrical engineering is an important project, is directly related to the user’s electricity and the timely rate and security, so the quality of the user project management is particularly important. However, there are still many problems in the current user engineering quality management, resulting in the user satisfaction is affected. In this paper, by analyzing the problems in the user project quality management to identify the causes of these problems, and then analyze and control the solutions to these problems.
