This paper introduces a practical solution of a distributed control system satisfying the fermenting process. It also discusses the system functions and design problems with components at all levels. It describes especially programming of the real time control software on communication between upper and lower machines, real time communication using DDE, functional design of the database system of the monitoring software, and the design method of DDE client software.
