Proposed a PLC-based technology of vice-shaft exchange hoist electronic control system transformation. The structure and function of the transformation scheme are expounded in detail. The hardware and software design of the main control PLC circuit, the lift stroke detection and display circuit, the speedup detection and display circuit, and the signal communication circuit are studied in detail.
