成绩评估的效用不只是一个测量或评价的问题,而且在很大程度上受到周围组织情境的影响。通过对40家单位所作的问卷研究,分别从个体水平和单位水平考察了各种组织与情境因素对于成绩效用知觉的影响。其中包括任务变化度、角色含糊与冲突、工作超负荷、对变革的接受、群众合作和领导支持等个体水平与情境因素;单位与工作标准化、职权层次、参与决策、决策结构、组织沟通与目标、革新气氛等单位水平因素。结果表明,上述因素对于成绩评估效用具有重要的影响。文章分析和讨论了研究结果对于成绩评估系统应用的意义。
The effectiveness of a grade assessment is not just a matter of measurement or evaluation, but it is also heavily influenced by the context of the surrounding organization. Through the questionnaire study of 40 units, the impact of various organizational and situational factors on perceived academic performance is investigated individually and at the unit level. These include individual level and situational factors such as the degree of change in mission, ambiguity and conflict of roles, overloading of work, acceptance of change, mass cooperation and leadership support; standardization of work units and units, authority levels, participation in decision-making, decision-making structure, organizational communication and goals , Innovation atmosphere and other unit level factors. The results show that these factors have an important impact on the performance evaluation. The article analyzes and discusses the significance of the research results to the application of the grade assessment system.
